1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the pension legal consultation, documentation, and representation services provided by Thanraksa. "User", "you", or "client" refers to any individual engaging with our website or services. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Thanraksa. "Agreement" refers to these terms and conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over with the legal capacity to enter into an agreement in Thailand.

3. Service Description

Thanraksa provides pension legal services within Thailand, including consultation, documentation and claim support, and formal representation. Services are delivered from our Bangkok office and may involve correspondence with relevant government offices on your behalf.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services, to use our website lawfully, and to refrain from submitting misleading documentation. Providing false information may delay or affect the outcome of your matter.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, design, and branding, remains the property of Thanraksa. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without prior written permission.

6. Payment Terms

Service fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and communicated clearly before work begins: ฿2,000 for a consultation, ฿6,400 for documentation and claim support, and ฿11,800 for full representation. Payment methods and refund considerations are discussed individually with each client, depending on work already undertaken.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Consultations are scheduled by appointment and carry no obligation to proceed further. Documentation support involves an agreed scope of work, communicated before work begins. Full representation may extend across a longer timeline depending on the complexity of the matter and the responsiveness of relevant offices.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided based on the information available at the time. While we apply care and diligence to every matter, outcomes of pension claims or disputes depend on factors outside our control, including decisions made by relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Thanraksa's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable. Confidentiality obligations continue after termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will first be addressed through informal discussion; unresolved matters fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Thanraksa regarding use of our services.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Updated terms take effect once posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
